At the “Financing Page” you will see a link that gives you an access to you Gear Card Online Account. You will find it under the introduction text. Click on it!

You will be redirected to Synchrony Financial website. That’s alright, Guitar center cooperates with this company. Everything you need to do is to fill your username and password in the fields on the top of the website and click the button “GO”. Perfect! You enter your Guitar Center Gear Card account!

If you forget your password or username, you can easily restore it. Just follow next steps:

Step 1

Enter Guitar Center “Financing Page”. Here is a link:

Click on “Access my Gear Card” button. You’ll see it under the text.

Step 3

You will be directed to the Synchrony Financial page (they are working together with Guitar Center). At this page, you will see a button “Login Help”. Click on it.

Step 4

When you click on the help button, the menu rolls down. You just need to select your problem and click on it.

If you forget your password and click on it, you will be redirected to the recovery page.

At this page, you will be needed to fill your contact information as your username, last 4 numbers from your Social Security Number, and your date of birth.

When you fill all the fields click “Continue” button.

You will be redirected to the page, where the system requires a new password from you.

Step 6

If at Step 4 you select “Forget User Name” you will be redirected to another recovery page.

At this page, you will be needed to fill in the fields following information: Guitar Center Gear card account number, last for numbers from your SSN and date of birth.

After that click “Continue” button and you will be redirected to the page with your User Name.

Under the big “Apply Now” button , you will see “Manage your account” link to the page where you can register your new card. It`s true, link is very hard to notice. But you can select text, for a better look. When you find it, just click on it.

Now you are redirected to the main page of Synchrony Financial.

At the top of the window, you will notice “Register” link. Click on it.

You will find yourself at the registration page.

It’s easy and fast. You will be needed to fill few fields: your account number (you can find it at your statement), last 4 numbers of SSN and date of birth.

After that, click the next button.

After the previous step, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.

You will see all the information about your card and you will be needed to press “Accept” button for ending registration.
