Chase Bank’s Hyatt Credit Card offers an extraordinary point rewards system and various bonuses you can take advantage of. Besides, you can easily manage your account online. Below, we will provide information on how to log in, retrieve your lost credentials and set up an account.

If you already possess an online account, you can sign in by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the card’s main page and click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top-right corner of the window to open the secure log on page.

Step 2: Provide your User ID and Password in the appropriate spaces and click on the “Log on” button.

As in the case of other cards issued by Chase Bank, for the Hyatt Credit Card, it is very easy to retrieve your username and password if you forgot them too. Below is how to do it:

Step 1: On the same sign-in window press the ‘Forgot your User ID and Password?’ button. This will open a new page where information on how to proceed in case you forgot your credentials is provided.

Step 2: You’ll be able to access your User ID and reset your password (if needed) in a fast and effective way.

You should provide your Social Security Number/Tax ID Number/Authorized Business User, email, as well as your Chase debit or Chase credit card number/ your Chase commercial loan account number/any other Chase account number (i.e. Checking, Savings, Auto or Home Loans, etc).

After providing your information click the “Next” button to retrieve your User ID, identification code, and password.

Step 1: Open the credit card’s Sign-in page and click on ‘Need a User ID? Sign up now.’

You’ll be directed to another page where you can insert your identification information in order to create an online account.

Step 2: Select the type of account you’d like to access online (Personal or Business, or both) and provide the required information, including your Chase account, credit or debit card number and your Social Security Number. Choose the User ID that you’d like to use when you access the account online and click ‘Next.’

On the next page you’ll be able to get an identification code and create a password and after accepting the Legal Agreements and Services you’ll get a confirmation of your new online account.

Time frame necessary for the Bonus Points to post to your World of Hyatt account is 6 to 8 weeks.
