“ Had the wrong account balance told by a rep. Never received a statement or a call. Found out that i owed because my credit scored had dropped. I called and was told that it was fixed. Found out again today via my credit monitoring that my scored dropped again due to the same issue. My credit has never being bad until this. I am literally about to sue this company”
