If you have forgotten your password. Go back to the page that you were taken to when you clicked ‘Manage Credit Account’ with all the pictures of the various credit cards.

Here, enter in your user ID in the block provided and then click the blue button that reads ‘Sign in’.

Step 5:

You should be taken to the page below. As you can see, there is nowhere to enter your password. In order to recover your password, click on the button that reads ‘Look up my User ID & Reset my Password’.

Step 6:

Once taken to this page, enter your bank account number in the space provided and then click on the button that reads ‘Next’ to recover your password.
