How to Login / Make a Payment

If you are already  enrolled in Chase Bank’s online system, it is very easy to log in to your account . Here is what you should do:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s main page and click on the ‘Log In’ button.

Step 2: Introduce in the appropriate fields your User ID and Password and click on ‘Sign In to Accounts.’

Forgot Password / Username

If you forgot any or both of your credentials, do not despair, it is extremely easy to retrieve/reset them. Here are the steps you need to follow in order to do this:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s login page and press the ‘Forgot User ID/Password’ button in order to open the credentials retrieval webpage.

Step 2: Enter your social security number (or alternatively your Tax ID number) and your Chase credit card number and press ‘Next.’

Activation / Registration

If you are not yet registered in Chase Bank’s online system, here are the steps you have to follow to enroll:

Step 1: Navigate to the credit card’s login page and click on the ‘New to Chase Online?’ button in order to open the enrollment page.

Step 2: Enter in the required fields your credit card number and your social security number and create a User ID.
