Besides its great cash back rewards system and 0% introductory APR, the UMB Visa Credit Card provides you also with a user-friendly online system where you can manage your account. Here, you can find out how to log in, how to retrieve your lost credentials and how to create an account.

In case you already have access to online banking, here are the steps to follow in order to sign in to your account:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 2: In the pop-up window which will open introduce your User ID and press ‘Next.’ In a further step you will also be asked to introduce your password.

In case you forgot any of your credentials, you need to re-enroll in order to get new ones. Here is how to proceed:

Step 1: Go to the card’s main webpage and press ‘Login.’

Step 2: In the pop-up window which will open click on ‘Forgot User ID?’

Step 3: Click on ‘Next: Continue to re-enroll.’ In the page which will open you will be asked to introduce your account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number, your credit card’s expiration date, the street address line 1 of your account and your Zip Code.

If you don’t already have access to online banking, here is what you have to do in order to set up an online account:

Step 1: Open the online banking webpage and click on ‘Enroll Online.’

Step 2: In the registration page, select your account type and introduce your card number, the last 5 digits of your social security number, your card’s expiration date and your Zip code. Then, press the ‘Verify your account’ button.

Step 3: In the following pages, you will be asked to create a User ID and a security profile.
