Step 3 (Username): For recovering your username click on the ‘Find username’ option.

In the new window, introduce your social security number and password in the required fields.

If you did not yet activate your account, you can do it by following two easy steps:

Step 1: In the authentication page find the ‘Sign Up Now’ link and click on it.

This will redirect you to an online enrollment page where you can provide your card information for activating your online account.
