How to Apply
Here are the steps to follow during your online application:
Step 1: Go to the CUETS cards’ homepage and after locating this specific card (since there are many cards described in this page make sure you choose the right card you want to apply for) and press the ‘Apply Now’ button next to the card’s name.
Step 2: In the popup window which will appear you need to confirm you are a member of the credit union by selecting the ‘yes’ option. Non-members will need to present personally to the bank for filling an application. If you are a member and have selected the ‘yes’ option, provide also your credit union branch name in the appropriate field. Press ‘Continue’ to begin your application.
Step 3: Introduce in the appropriate fields the primary cardholder’s information including: first, middle and last name, home address, city, province, postal code, housing status, monthly payment, years at the current address, phone number and mobile phone number.
Step 4: Enter also your personal information including your social insurance number (optional), date of birth, mother’s maiden name and email address (optional). Provide your employment information by selecting your employment status and add an authorized user if you need to.
Step 5: As a last step you can make a balance transfer and/or add a Balance Protection Insurance by selecting the relative boxes and providing the required information in the appropriate fields. Finally click on ‘Continue’ to review and submit your application.
