How to Login / Make a Payment
You can login to your online banking in these easy steps:
Step 1: Visit the card’s homepage and click on the ‘Online Banking’ link.
Step 2: Enter in the boxes provided your username and password and press the ‘Secure Login’ button.
Forgot Password / Username
If you have forgotten your Alliant Online Banking username you can recover it online. If you have forgotten your password or had your account locked because you entered the incorrect password or security question answer too many times you can reset your account access online. Here is what you should do:
Step 1 (Username): From the login window press the ‘Problems logging in?’ link as shown in the picture below.
Step 2 (Username): In the new window which will open press the ‘Recover Username’ button on the left column of your screen.
Step 3 (Username): Introduce in the available boxes your Member Account Number and your date of birth and press ‘Continue.’ After authenticating successfully you’ll receive an email with your username.
Step 1 (Password): From the login window press the ‘Problems logging in?’ link as shown in the picture below.
Step 2 (Password): In the new window which will open press the ‘Reset Access’ button on the right column of your screen.
Step 3 (Password): Introduce in the available boxes your Username/Member Account Number and your date of birth and press ‘Continue.’ After you authenticated successfully you will receive a temporary password to the email address filed for the primary accountholder. After logging in with your temporary password you will be asked to create a new password and would have the option to update your security questions.
Activation / Registration
In order to get access to online banking you should make your first enrollment to your online account. These are the steps you need to complete:
Step 1: Navigate to the login page and press the ‘New User Setup’ link as shown below.
Step 2: Provide in the given boxes your Member Account Number and your date of birth. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with the agreement of the terms for this specific card and set up your username and password as well as your security questions. After completing all the necessary information you’ll be able to create your online account for further access to online banking.
