If you access your American Express Platinum Credit Card account online, you can control your balance and make payments anywhere and anytime. Here we’ll show you how to access your online account, retrieve your credentials and activate your card for using the online banking.

Step 1: From the American Express Platinum Card website click on the ‘Log In’ button at the top-right corner of the window.

Step 2: In the new opened page enter your User ID and Password and then click the “Log In” button.

If you forgot your User ID or Password, you can retrieve them easily by entering the ‘Log In’ window.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ link as shown in the picture below.

Step 2: In the newly opened page, enter your card information including your 15-digit card number and the 4-digit card ID number.
