The card offers many cash back benefits (5% for purchases at U.S. office supply stores and on U.S. wireless telephone services, 3% on a chosen service from a list of eight categories available, as well as 1% cash back on all other purchases).

“ American Express Simply Cash Business credit card is one of the best out there for anyone who is looking to start a business or who is starting one up. This is mostly because of the cash back rewards that are offered as an ascentive. Any time you make a purchase in an office supply store within the United States, you’re given five percent cash back. From a list of categories, you can choose you can get up to three percent cash back and everything else earns you at least one percent cash back. You also don’t have any annuals fees which is super helpful for those who are just starting out with their business. As a sign on bonus you don’t have to worry about any interest occurring for the beginning nine months that you’re a member. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of with this card is the interest that does occur after the initial nine months. Both the cash advance that comes with an interest rate as well as the regular interest rate are both kind of high. Of course, what you’ll be paying in interest will depending on your credit score. Obviously, the worse your credit score the higher you’ll be paying in interest and the better the score the lower the rate. However, regardless of credit score some of these interest rates are steep.”
