At the left side of the homepage, you will see a Sign In field. If you want to get an access to your Bon-Ton online account, fill the fields Username and Password.

After that click “Sign In” button and you will be redirected to your personal cabinet.

At the left side will be a Login field. You will see “Forgot your username or password” link just under the “Log In” button. Click on it.

You will be redirected to the recovery web page.

Where you will be needed to fill required information such as your credit card number, ZIP code, SNN, and Identification Type.

After you’ll finish it, click on the “Find My Account” button.

Step 4

You will appear on the recovery page with your username.

The system will ask you for a new password also.

For using your new Bon-Ton credit card, you need to make an activation.

At the top of the homepage, you will see a “Register to Access” button. Click on it.

You will be redirected to the Bon-Ton registration web page.

It will be fast because you need to fill only 4 fields: Bon-Ton credit card number, SSN, Identification Type, and ZIP code. After that click on “Find My Account” button.

Q: There is no application form on a Bon-Ton official website where I can apply for their credit card. How can I apply?

The Bon-Ton website does not have an option for the application because their cards are issued by Comenity Bank and the application must be performed there. So, you can find the official issuer’s site through the Bon-Ton website. Considering the fact that this online application process is quite complicated, another way of applying for the card is by visiting any Bon-Ton store and do that in person. Before deciding to apply for this card, bear in mind the fact that Bon-Ton credit cards can only be used at Bon-Ton stores and online.

Q: I have already installed The Bon-Ton Stores Mobile Application on my phone, however I cannot access my Credit Card. What should I do?

In order to access your card, you might need to update your application, since older version may not support all the features. You should visit the Google Play Store app. If you are using Android, or the iTunes app store for iPhone users, and click on the update button once you selected the Bon-Ton application.

Q: What is the validity period of Rewards Cards?

Validity period of rewards cars is 45 days and the expiration date is usually printed on the card. Clients should keep in mind that each card is valid for only one purchase during that time, and expires upon the usage.
