With the Citgo Rewards Credit Card, you will have access to awesome benefits such as fuel statement credits on every gallon of gas purchased and you can also easily manage your account online and make payments. Below you will find information about how to log in, how to retrieve your lost credentials and how to create a new account.

Here is what you must do to log in, provided you already created an account online:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s homepage and click on ‘MANAGE ACCOUNT’ in order to be redirected to the login web page.

Step 2: Introduce in the required field your User ID (case sensitive) and click on ‘Secure Login.’ Soon after you will also be asked to give your password.

Should you forget your credentials, here is a simple procedure on how to retrieve them:

Step 1: On the credit card’s login page click on the ‘Lookup User ID’ button.

Step 2: Enter your account number, the last four digits of your social security number and click ‘Next.’

You user ID will be retrieved and you will have the possibility to reset your password.

Q: I have Citgo Rewards Credit Card but I do not understand how Fuel Statement Credits work.

Citgo Rewards Credit Card can be used only at Citgo gas stations. If you purchase fuel there using your Citgo Rewards Credit Card, you will get 10 cents on every gallon during the first 3 months from the opening of your account and 5-cents on every gallon after that period and it will be given to you in fuel statement credits.

Q: I got my Citgo Rewards Credit Card, but I did not get the PIN. What should I do?

Your personal identification number or PIN does not come automatically when the CITGO Rewards Card is issued. In order to obtain the PIN, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-855-598-4879 and a PIN will be mailed out to you.
