Comenity Bank’s Express Next Credit Card offers a great point rewards system and various bonuses you can take advantage of. Moreover, you can also easily manage your account online. On this page, we’ll explain how to log in, retrieve your credentials and set up an account.

If you already have an online account you can log in by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the card’s main web page and click on the ‘ACCESS ACCOUNT’ button to open the login page.

Step 2: Introduce your User Name and Password in the appropriate fields and click ‘Sign In.’

As in the case of other cards issued by Comenity Bank, with Express Next Credit Card it is also very easy to retrieve your username and password if you forgot them. Here is how to do it:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s Sign In page and press ‘Forgot your username or password?’ You will be sent to a page where you can retrieve your username and password.

Step 2: Introduce in the appropriate fields your account number/username, your Zip/postal code, your identification type and the last 4 digits of your social security number and click on ‘Find My Account.’

If you have not yet created an online account, here is how to do it:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s Sign In page and click on ‘Register for Online Access.’

You’ll be sent to another page where you can provide your personal information in order to create an online account.

Step 2: Provide your Credit Card Account Number, Zip Code or Postal Code, identification type and the last four digits of your social security number and click on the ‘Find My Account’ button.

Afterwards, you will be asked to create a username and a password and to choose whether you would like or not to receive a paper or electronic statements, and your online account will be activated.

Q: My points are not showing in my online profile. How long does it take to show?

The time period necessary for the points to be shown is usually 24 hours from your purchase, but sometimes it can take up to 5 days. When bonus point opportunities are in question, it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks after the promotion period. If you have bought something online, points will not be shown until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged for that purchase.
