Q: I have opened an acoount with JCPenny and now I have to wait for the card. Can I use it at a JCPenney Store before my card is delivered?
After the filling of the application and the approval for a JCPenney Credit Card online, it might pass 7-10 business days to receive your card in the mail. In order not to wait so much to be able to use it, you can come to the JCPenny store with your valid photo identification, and once you inform the customer service about your issue in any JCPenney Store, you will be issues a temporary card, so you will be allowed to purchase that day in the store.
