Register your card for online access so that you can check your account, manage payments and much more, 24 hours a day seven days a week. It’s easy to do, and the how-to’s below will walk you through the process.

Step 1: Go to the Love Loft website by clicking on this link.

Go to the left side of the page where it says “Sign In”. Type in your username which you have chosen when you first registered for online access.

Also type in your password.

Step 2: Double check that the “Remember Me” button is unchecked if you are using a public computer or device.

It’s ok to check it if you are at home. Click on the “Sign In” button and you should be redirected to a page to manage your account online.

Step 1: Go the Love Loft website by clicking on this link. This page will look familiar as it’s the same page where you login for online access.

Click on the “Forgot your username or password” link.

Step 2: Write your Credit Card Account Number or User Name and Your ZIP Code.

On the tab that says “Identification Type”, you can choose to enter your Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or an alternative form of identification that you’ve provided in your application form.

After you’ve chosen which identification type to use, key in the last four digits on the last tab.

Step 3:

After you’ve completed the information asked, click on the “Find My Account” Button on the right hand side of the screen, and follow the prompts that follows.

Activating your Account

Step 1: Before you can register for online access, you have to first activate the card. Click this link to go to the Loft card homepage.

On the top of the page, click on the button that says “Activate Card”.

Step 2: Fill in the details that’s needed such as your account number, card expiration date and the like.

Press submit on the bottom when you’re done. Follow the prompts that come after that.

Registering Your Card for Online Access

Step 1: After you’ve activated your card, you are ready to register it for online access. Access the main website page of the Loft Card. You can either , click on the button that says “Register for Access”, or access it thru the sign in page.

Step 2: The system first needs to verify the account.

To do this, you have to enter your credit card number, ZIP Code.

You also need to enter your Identification type.

In the drop down menu, you can choose among your Social security number, social insurance number of an alternative form of identification that you’ve specified when you applied.

Step 3: Click on the “Find My Account” button.

Step 4: As soon as they have verified your account, you will be able to fill out the information in the grayed out page that’s located just below the page your just finished inputting your information in.

Fill out the details needed, and click on the button that says “Create Account”. Only click on the button that says “Remember My Device” if you are using your own personal computer.
