The Ohio Savings Bank Platinum Visa Credit Card is provided by the First Bankcard (a division of First National Bank of Omaha) and cardholders can manage their credit online by using the First Bankcard platform. In this guide we will show how to login, retrieve your username/password or enroll online.

Step 1: Visit the First Bankcard homepage and introduce your User ID in the appropriate box. Press the ‘Log In’ button to continue to the next page.

Step 2: Provide your password in the indicated box and press the ‘Submit’ button to access your online account.

Step 1: First you need to select Forgot ID/Password from the website homepage.

Step 2: You will be prompted to provide your identification information (User ID or Email Address, and First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name). An email containing a one-time authentication code will be sent to the email provided when you enrolled. The one-time authentication code must be correctly entered. Next, a security question will need to be answered correctly. The Password Reset page will then appear with your User ID and a prompt for a new password.

If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, you’ll need to login to your account and select ‘Activate Your Card’ from the ‘Action Items’ box or from the ‘Account Services’ link on the left side of the page. If your cards have already been activated you will not see this option. If you are not yet enrolled you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: From the First Bank’s website homepage press the ‘Enroll’ button.

Step 2: Select the enrollment type between Personal Account and Business Account.

Step 3: In the next page provide the following information so that the bank can verify your identity and securely enroll you in First Bankcard Online Banking: Account Number, Account Type, Credit Card Expiration Date (MM/YY), Signature Panel Code. Enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your credit card or statement (do not enter your middle name or initial). Provide the Last Four Digits of SSN, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and Email Address, and press ‘Continue’.

Q: What does Signature Panel Code stand for?

The Signature Panel Code stands for a three-digit number which can be found after your account number on the back of your Credit Card. The shorter name for this code is CVV2, as some retailers call it. It represents a unique characteristic of your account which is used to protect you from unauthorized credit card use and identity theft. This means that when you buy something over the phone or online, the merchant might ask you for the signature code on the card you use for that purchase. The signature code is not required when shopping in person since the store's card scanner reads it electronically. The code proves that you physically possess the card.
