Q: What does FICO Scores include?
The FICO® Score is a three-digit number calculated from the credit information on your credit report at a particular point in time, which is necessary to be good if you apply for a new credit, considering the fact that all lenders in the U.S. consider it when they make key credit decisions. Actually, the FICO® Score is the No. 1 piece of data which determines whether you will get credit. According to your FICO score, the lender decides what credit terms to offer you and whether to increase your credit limit once your credit account is established. It is the most frequently used score in more than 20 countries on five continents. Besides that, your FICO Score can influence other decisions like when you apply for a cell phone account, cable TV and utility services.
Q: What is better to get, a Charge card or a Credit card?
There is a big difference between these two, and which one is good for you depend on what you want from your card. A Credit Card gives you the opportunity to pay for your purchases, but the amount of money that you can spend is limited. However, Charge Cards give you the possibility to spend more money than you have on your card without pre-set spending limit. Of course, to be able to get this kind of a card, depends on many factors in relation to your account, since the balance must be paid in full by the end of the month.
