As a Spirit Airlines MasterCard cardholder you can access your credit online by signing-in from the Bank of America webpage. In order to sign-in you will need a username and passcode. If you have encountered issues with the login, credential retrieval or with the registration of your card follow our guide for more details on how to complete these steps.
How to Login / Make a Payment
For those of you who already have an online account, signing in online can be done in two simple steps:
Step 1: From the card’s homepage click on the ‘Sign in’ button and select your location.
Step 2: Provide your Online ID and Passcode in the appropriate fields and click on the ‘Sign-in’ button.
Forgot Password / Username
Step 1: From the login page, click on the ‘Sign-in help options’ link. Now you can visualize the three options including ‘Forgot your Online ID?’, ‘Forgot your Passcode?’, and ‘Forgot Online ID & Passcode?’
Step 2 (Online ID): Click on the ‘Forgot your Online ID?’ button. In the new window provide the following information: 1) Your Credit Card number, 2) Your complete Social Security number (SSN)/Tax Identification number (TIN) and 3) Your Passcode. After introducing the required information click on the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 2 (Passcode): Click on the ‘Forgot your Passcode?’ button. In the new window introduce in the appropriate fields: 1) Your Credit Card number, 2) Your complete Social Security number (SSN)/Tax Identification number (TIN), 3) Your Online ID. Press the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.
Step 2 (Online ID and Passcode): In case you forgot both your credentials, click on ‘Forgot Online ID and Passcode’ in the same Sign-in page and introduce: 1) Your Card number, Credit Card number, 2) Your Social Security Number (SSN)/Tax Identification number (TIN). Finalize the operation by pressing the ‘Continue’ button.
Activation / Registration
In order to access your credit and manage your account online you’ll first need to enroll in online banking/activate your card. Here are the steps you should follow:
Step 1: Open the Sign-in window and click on the ‘Enroll’ link.
Step 2: Provide in the appropriate fields the needed information including: 1) Your complete card number or account number (you can use any one of your accounts, credit card or ATM/debit card number), 2) Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification number (TIN). Then, click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with your online enrollment.

Q: Do my FREE SPIRIT miles have an expiration date?
Yes, they have the expiration date, but they do not have to be lost, if you earn any miles within the previous three months. If you do not meet earn any miles within three months period, those miles that are older than three months will expire. Another way to keep the miles from expiring is to make at least one purchase per month.
Q: I enrolled into the FREE SPIRIT frequent flier program. How do I get the rewards?
Considering the fact that you are now a FREE SPIRIT member, you have the chance of earning miles every time you fly. You can also earn when using the services of our partners. So as to be eligible to earn miles when you fly, you must provide your FREE SPIRIT number when making your reservation. Whenever you pay your ticket through our Reservations Department, ask the agent to add your FREE SPIRIT number to your itinerary. Even if forget to add it, you can add your FREE SPIRIT number to a reservation up to 30 days after travel to receive your miles.
