In this step-by-step guide we will show you how to access your USAA online banking account connected to your USAA Cash Rewards American Express Credit Card, retrieve/reset your lost credentials and register online.

Step 6: Answer the question about your connection to the military by selecting one or more of the available options. Continue your application by pressing the ‘Next’ button.
