How to Login / Make a Payment

Step 1: Open AARP Credit Card’s main webpage and, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the ‘LOG IN NOW’ button. This will open another page where you can either explore in details the card’s benefits or login to your account.

Step 2: On this webpage, click again on the LOG IN NOW button, this time on the right side of the screen. This will open the page where you can introduce your credentials.

Step 3: Introduce your User ID and Password and click on the ‘Log In to Accounts’ button.

Forgot Password / Username

In case you forgot your User ID or Password, do not worry, it is very simple and straightforward to recover them.

Step 1: On the Log In webpage, click on the ‘Forgot User ID/Password’ button.

Step 2: Introduce your Social Security Number and your Chase ATM/debit or Chase credit card number and click ‘Next.’

    I’m having trouble logging in and paying my credit card bill, I worked with the guide above and it helped but at some point I get an error page, I think it’s a problem in their site.
