New members as well as actual users of the American Kennel Club Visa Credit Card by the Comenity Bank can manage their credit and make payments online by using the bank’s online access service. How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1: Visit the AKC credit card’s webpage where you can find and click on the account access link as shown in the picture below.
Step 2: In the new login page which will open make sure to introduce in the appropriate spaces your username and password and press the ‘Sign In’ button.
Forgot Password / Username
Should it happen that you forgot your username or password for your online access to your card’s account, you can easily retrieve or reset them by completing the following steps.
Step 1: From the card’s login page you need to press the ‘Forgot your user name or password?’ link as shown below.
Step 2: In the new credential retrieval page, make sure to introduce in the appropriate fields the requested details including your: credit card account number or user name, ZIP Code / Postal Code, identification type (in most cases this is your Social Security Number) and the last four digits of your SSN. Press the ‘Find My Account’ button to proceed.
Activation / Registration
In order to be granted access to your online account new cardholders need to first register/activate their card. You can do this by completing the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the card’s login page and press the ‘Register for Online Access’ link as shown below.
Step 2: Enter in the boxes provided the Primary Cardmember Information including: credit card account number, expiration date, identification type (social security number), the last four numbers of your SSN and your ZIP Code / Postal Code. Press ‘Continue.’
Step 3: You’ll be redirected to the account creation page where you’ll be asked to choose your user name, password and confirm your password. Introduce also your email address and mobile phone number in the appropriate fields. Finally press ‘Create an Account’ link.
Step 4: As a last step you can decide whether you’d like to Go Paperless by selecting one of the two available options ‘Enroll in Paperless’ or ‘No, Thanks’. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to complete your card registration/activation.
