Step 1
Visit the official website of JCPenney online account. You can use this link:

Step 2
At the main page, you will see a menu at the top of the window. There will be “My Account” tab, click on it.

Step 3
You will be redirected to the login page.
At this page, you will be needed to fill only your username and click “Secure Login” button.
Then you’ll appear at the page with the Personalized Image that was selected before asking you to enter your Password.
After that, you will be redirected to your online account.

Forgot Password / Username
If you forgot your password or username, follow the instructions below.

At the main page, you will see a menu on the top of the window.

After, the JCPenney system will require a new password from you.
