One has 10% off for a new Sears card and another one has 6 moths of special financing. Decide which one is better for you, and click on “Apply now” button.

Step 4

This is an application page. At first, you need to fill information about yourself.

It will be your name, address, email, phone, financial information, and date of birth.

After that scroll down.

At this stage, you need to read the Terms and Conditions of Sears Credit Card. Then scroll down for the last time.

This is the last step. You need to agree with terms and conditions and click on “Submit Application” button.
